Dr. Balch has over two decades of international and domestic business development experience working abroad and consulting clients in over twenty-five countries has allowed him the opportunity to make substantial contributions to help support client goals and objectives and at the same time support efforts that will make the world a better place in which to live. By utilizing his skills in the areas of leadership and human behavior, market training, process and systems development, risk and opportunity management, he is able to provide a wide range of consulting skills for the more challenging issues for both profit and non-profits.
His experience as a university president, entrepreneur, licensed family therapist, and board member has resulted in a robust international network of business contact that stretches more that three dozen countries. He believes that the strategic partnerships and alliances are keys to innovation and growth. His diverse background and education affords him the opportunity and ability to think creatively and solve a wide range of organizational issues.
Dr. Balch’s education includes a PhD in Leadership and Human Behavior, graduate degrees in Theology, Law, Psychology, Educational Psychology and Curriculum Development as well as graduate and post doctoral studies inn Urban Renewal and City Planning.
